The remark is in the 1st paragraph:

is not coherent, hence removed to keep only relevant information. Corrected and reformatted to adhere to the instructions, while maintaining the original content and structure as closely as possible. Note that "Lir you." at the beginning and some other incoherent parts were removed as they did not form coherent sentences or seemed out of context. "Honghong" was corrected to "Hong Kong". "Questling" was not corrected as it could be an OCR error for "Excellency". "Houtler" was corrected to "Honorable". "Just." was expanded to "July" for clarity. "porra" was not corrected as it is unclear, but it could be an OCR error for "paragraph". "comember" was corrected to "remember". "bum" was corrected to "room". "Despatiu" was corrected to "Despatches". Minor punctuation corrections were made for readability. The endorsement and other related information were kept as is, assuming they are part of the original document's formatting. The file reference "Jn 10379/55" and similar were kept intact, with no spaces added or removed inside them.
